Meet Isobel

BACP Accredited Counsellor
Over the many years I have practised as a counsellor, I have worked closely with clients exploring issues of empowerment, connection, communication, building healthier relationships and much more.
My training began with Relate, in association with Doncaster College and Hull University and my Master's degree in Counselling is from the University of East Anglia which means I'm fully qualified as a relational and counselling practitioner. I also meet the high standard required through careful scrutiny to be successfully accredited through the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and have successfully completed all parts of the standard EMDR Europe Accredited Training.
I specialise in the support of individuals going through relationship difficulties, including confusing and distressing change. My additional training around complex and situational trauma allows me to practise with trauma awareness and a focus on; communication struggles, emotional conflict, attachment and relational difficulties, in all contexts and all forms of relationship.
