Are you looking for positive change?

I'm Isobel Cheshire. I can offer sessions for your emotional wellbeing, relationship and relational wellbeing needs. I can help with better communication and better connections.

We would work together ethically, to focus on you and what you want to bring to the sessions. This might include (but is not restricted to); loss, change, bonds, romantic attachments, past difficulties, future hopes, family dynamics and work-related struggles.

About

Our relationships sometimes need our attention. Things go wrong. We get into patterns that frustrate and upset us.

When we look after ourselves, we look after our relationships. Working with a therapist helps to find what makes the difference in; break-ups, fractures in trust, life-changing experiences, loss, changes in our health and everyday life.

Trauma therapy in the context of relationship therapy works to process the distress of unhelpful memories. A relational focus is an integrative psychotherapy approach, proven effective for the treatment of attachment injury in relationship therapy.

Relationship therapy can help with the frustrations and the 'stuck-ness', by unpacking thoughts around core beliefs, coping mechanism, responses, doubts, fears and perspective.

Together we can build an approach that works for your needs. Promoting positive change, whatever the reason.
