Specialising in Communication, Relational Trauma & Couple Connection

Relational Trauma

Our relationships can need our attention. Be it the relationships we have with ourselves or with others, things go wrong. We get into patterns that frustrate and upset us.

Working with a therapist helps to find what makes the difference in; break-ups, fractures in trust, life-changing experiences, loss, changes in our health and everyday life.

Trauma therapy in the context of relationship therapy works to process the distress of unhelpful memories.

A relational focus is an integrative psychotherapy approach, proven effective for the treatment of attachment injury in relationship therapy.

Couple Work

Working in couples can help with the the frustration and 'stuck-ness', by unpacking thoughts around core beliefs, coping mechanism, responses, doubts, fears and perspective.

Working together we can build an approach that works for your needs. Promoting positive change, whatever the reason.
